| GENERAL INFORMATION |
The products offered for sale through dafineneziri.com Website (“the Website“) are governed by these general terms and conditions of sale (“Terms and Conditions“).
It is considered that by placing the order, the Consumer has agreed to the Terms and Conditions set out forth here.
| RULES OF SALES |
The products are intended only for sale to individual users who are considered end Consumers. Consumers include individual persons acting for purposes unrelated to trade, business, or professional activity.
Order means the order of the Consumer made through the Website, including:
- Online makeup courses;
- Digital educational materials;
- Access to training videos;
- Virtual lessons or workshops;
- Membership or course bundles.

| GENERAL RULES OF REFUND |
The Consumer acknowledges and agrees that upon payment for the Products offered through the Website, access to the Products is considered delivered. In such an event, The Consumer understands that payments for the Products are strictly non-refundable and shall continue the final payment between the Consumer and dafineneziri.com, unless otherwise provided in this Policy.
| ELIGIBLE AND NON-ELIGIABLE REFUND CRITERIA |
Notwithstanding the general rules of refund, the Consumer may be entitled to a refund if any of the following situations arise:
- Accidental duplicate payment;
- Technical payment malfunction (verified by payment provider);
- Unauthorized transaction on the customer’s account;
- Wrong product mistakenly purchased within the 30-minute window.
Such cases are subject to verification and approval by dafineneziri.com.
Refunds will not be granted in any of the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Delayed or partial course usage
- User dissatisfaction due to personal preference
- Lack of technical skills to use the course
- Inability to access the course due to user’s device or internet problems
- Request made after 30 minutes from purchase
- Request made through any method other than direct phone contact
- Attempt to claim refund after accessing/downloaded course content.
These cases apply strictly with no exceptions.
| REFUND PROCEDURE |
Should eligible refund criteria apply, the Consumer must follow the following procedure:
- The request for refund must be made within 30 minutes from the time of purchase.
- The Consumer must contact Dafine directly by:

Requests submitted through social media, or website forms will not be considered.
- The Consumer must state the reason for requesting the refund.
- The Consumer must provide proof of issue if required.
- Dafine may request additional information to verify the legitimacy of the request.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
After receiving all the necessary information, Dafine will review the request shall issue a decision within 15 days via email.
The final decision regarding approval or denial of any refund request rests entirely with Dafine.
The decision is absolute and final. No further appeals, negotiations, or disputes will be accepted after the decision is made.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment platform. Transaction fees or payment gateway charges may be non-refundable depending on the provider.
If the refund is denied, the user may issue a claim with the competent public authorities in the Republic of Kosovo.
| FRAUD & ABUSE PREVENTION |
Dafine reserves the right to:
- Deny refunds in case of suspected fraud;
- Restrict future purchases for users who abuse refund requests; and/or
- Take legal or administrative action for fraudulent chargeback attempts.
Chargebacks without following the proper procedure will be taken seriously and may result in access termination.
| APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION |
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and are interpreted in accordance with the law applicable in Kosovo.
Any dispute, disagreement, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions including breach, termination, or invalidity shall be settled by arbitration within the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo, in accordance with the Center’s Arbitration Rules of Arbitration of the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo. The number of arbitrators shall be one, in accordance with the applicable Law of substantive law is the law of Kosovo.
